"Horribly constructed. Support is gone within a month. Don't be swayed by the store model – Purchased two king singles this time last year. Within a month, they felt nothing like the store’s test model and sank right down the middle, causing terrible neck and back pain for both my partner and I. Lasted less than 1 year – Me and my partner rotated the mattress as per instructions however within less than a year of use I couldn't sleep on it anymore.
