    Four Types of Springs

    The 1.00mm micro coils are so soft and comfortable that they feel identical to the memory foam comfort layers in most mattresses, without the heat dissipation problem or the sagging that comes with time for the foams.

    This time, we are using four types of springs compared with the two types in the 25cm Hybrid Mattress.

    What is the fabric of the mattress?

    The memory foam mattress surface is fully covered with premium bamboo charcoal fabric, which protects against bacteria, releases moisture & helps your body breathe to maintain a long term skin health.

    Does this mattress have edge support?

    This hybrid mattress is an individually pocketed coils with excellent resilience which can support your body perfectly and has a durable edge support system. You won't slide off the bed and the bed won't subside when you sit at the edge.

    Enjoy a peaceful undisturbed sleep with this mattress with your partner.

    How about the memory foam quality?

    The memory foam in the comfort layer is CertiPUR-US® Certified, adapts to body temperature, storing and releasing heat, keeping you cooler in summer and warmer in winter.

    It helps adjust sleeping posture to release body stress to offer you cloud-like softness and is suitable for side, back and stomach sleepers.

    How does the returns process work?

    We do advise you to try the mattress for at least 30 days to get used to it and fully justify your experience with it.

    If after the trial you feel like this is NOT the mattress for you, email us to service@newentor.com.au with your order number and experiences, we will follow up with registering you with our partner Salvos for mattress donation, and refund you after all is finished.

    Do you have an offline store?

    We would love to have one! For now, we advise you to order the mattress and try it at your home, sleeping and hanging with it to give the verdict.
