It takes an hour to get to an agent and all they say they will follow up and that's it, nothing after then. Even TEMU and SHEIN have fast, effective and reliable delivery and customer service.

After reading reviews an reading about the product it arrived an I found out the positive reviews are lying an the quiet function is completely false advertising the quiet function turns it from very loud to just plan loud impossible to sleep while its running. After emailing twice complaining have had no contact. Will never shop with good guys again an Im gonna tell everybody I know.
