How does the 120-night free trial work?

We want you to be absolutely confident in your sleep. From the day your new mattress arrives, you have a full 120 nights to test it out in the comfort of your own home. Please keep in mind that it typically takes your body about 2 to 4 weeks to fully adjust to a new sleep surface.

If you have slept on the mattress for at least 30 days and decide it is not the perfect fit for you, simply email us at service@newentor.com.au with your order number and feedback. We will walk you through the return process, which includes arranging a hassle-free mattress donation through our charity partner, Salvos. Once the donation process is complete, we will issue your refund.

Do you have an offline store?

We would love to have one! But for now, we operate exclusively online—and honestly, we think that’s better for you.

However, looks aren't everything, and lying on a mattress in a busy showroom for 10 or 15 minutes with your shoes on will never give you the real picture. Your body needs time to adjust.

That is why we offer our 120-night risk-free home trial. We advise you to order the mattress and bring it right into your own bedroom. Sleep on it, lounge on it, and live with it in your real environment. Gaining a comprehensive, true-to-life experience over weeks is the only real way to give your final verdict!
