I ordered because the advertisement displayed a thick looking pillow, convincing of great neck support. The pillow that arrived was not as thick as the ad, it was flatter. And I tried to fluff it up a bit after unrolling it from its rolled up packaging position. It turned out to be no different than a similar shaped pillow I purchased elsewhere which I wanted to replace with a thicker one, because the flatter one caused neck ache in the back of my head.

Different pillow, but helps the neck.
While the pillow was very different from other pillows and seemed extra firm, the shape did help with my sleep. I had almost no neck or shoulder stiffness on awakening and slept noticeably longer than before. I would say give the pillow a chance. It is quite different from other pillows, but you should ultimately like it.

Does not suit every body.
Took a long time for delivery.Cannot use this pillow as after waking three mornings in a row with neck pain went back to my usual pillow with no ill affect But my husband who has neck pain finds it very comfortable.
